- Parking: Valet parking is $42/day with unlimited in/out privileges. Public parking is also available nearby.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of one night room and tax will be withdrawn 7 days prior to arrival for each individual reservation.
- Cancellation: Cancellations or changes are not permitted within 7 days of arrival. If cancelled within this period, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Stay in a one or two-bedroom condo in Coconut Grove, ranging from 720 to 1,200 sq. ft. Each condo includes a master bedroom, separate living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The Mutiny Hotel is just a short walk to all the sailing clubs in Coconut Grove.

Bacardi Cup Invitational – April 1-3, 2027 *(Must book by Feb 14, 2027)*
– One Bedroom Superior: $319/night
– Two Bedroom Superior: $419/night
Booking dates: March 29-April 3
- Amenities: Full kitchen & laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, fitness center, pool, restaurant, and bar. All rooms have a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room.
- Deposit: One night room and tax deposit due at time of booking.
- Parking: Valet parking is $25 + tax per day with unlimited in/out privileges (valet only).
- Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur a one-night penalty. A penalty equal to one night and tax will apply for any early departures or “no shows”.
Note: Room rates quoted above does not include tax. The hotel charges a $15 nightly resort fee per room.
