Storage Information –
Use this form to reserve your seasonal or weekend regatta storage

 

Winter Series 1 & 2

Storage for the Winter Series will be primarily at Shake-A-Leg Miami (SALM) unless owners have made other private arrangements.

Reserve Your Storage Spot

  • Local Yacht Club Members: If you are a member of a local yacht club and your club can host your boat during the event, you may store it there — please notify us of your plans. Make sure to contact your yacht club directly to verify and confirm your spot before finalizing arrangements.
  • Stay Limit: Boats may remain on site for up to 5 total days per regatta. For earlier arrivals or extended stays, please email [email protected].
  • Box Trailers: If you plan to arrive with a box trailer, email the venue in advance and wait for written confirmation before traveling.
  • Availability: There are limited seasonal and daily regatta storage spots at Shake-A-Leg. Once capacity is reached, a waiting list will open. Please do not plan travel until your storage spot is confirmed.

Bacardi Invitational Regatta (March 2026)

Storage will be available at the following locations, based on availability and class assignment:

  • Shake-A-Leg Miami (J/70 + Melges 24 only)
  • Biscayne Bay Yacht Club (BBYC) (J/70 + Melges 24 only)
  • Coconut Grove Sailing Club (Mixed Classes)
  • US Sailing Center Miami (Star Class only)
  • Coral Reef Yacht Club (Star Class only)
  • Regatta Park (Viper 640, VX One, and Snipe)

Local Yacht Club Members: If your club can host your boat during the event, you may store it there — just contact your club directly to confirm your spot before making plans.

Storage Duration

  • Boats may stay on site for up to 5 days total during the event.
  • General dates: Most locations (except Regatta Park, US Sailing Center, and Coral Reef Yacht Club) will allow storage from Tuesday, March 3 through Sunday, March 8.
  • Regatta Park: Arrival as early as Monday, March 2; vacate by Sunday, March 8.
  • Early arrivals: If you need to arrive before your assigned dates, please email the venue directly and copy [email protected].

Availability

There are limited storage spots at each venue. Once capacity has been reached, a waiting list will open, and we will do our best to find a spot for you at another location. Please do not plan travel or make arrangements until your storage spot has been confirmed.

Important Notes

  • BBYC: No launching or retrieving on site. Launch from Shake-A-Leg, Regatta Park, or the US Sailing Center.
  • Paid reservations are required at all venues and will be strictly enforced.
