Save the date for the 2021-2022 Bacardi Regatta Series In Miami, USA
The Bacardi Winter Series and Bacardi Invitational Regatta are once again returning to Miami, USA, for the 2021-2022 racing season.
The season opener for 2021-2022 is Bacardi Winter Series Event 1, featuring racing for the J/70 and Melges 24 fleets from 18-19 December 2021, followed just over a month later by Event 2 from 28-30 January 2022. Competition is fierce as teams stake their claim on the series leader board, culminating in the Bacardi Invitational Regatta finale from 9-12 March 2022.
Competing in Florida over the winter offers an irresistible combination of Miami sun, spectacular warm water racing on Biscayne Bay, legendary Bacardi hospitality, incredible shore side entertainment and a chance to race against the most talented sailors from around the world; be they legends of the sport or Corinthian teams.
At the Bacardi Invitational Regatta in March 2022, the J/70s and Melges 24 will contest a nine race series over three days. Post-race fleets will mix it up shore side with sailors in the Star Class, Viper 640 and VX One Classes as teams enjoy the spectacular Bacardi bonhomie, with nightly parties, great food, live music and cocktails.
